The company « Diamancel Europe » offers a lifetime warranty on the diamond part of all its products, nail files, foot rasps and foot buffers. This warranty concerns the diamonds on the face of the Diamancel product and applies by fulfilling these two conditions :

- domestic and non-professional use
- maintenance recommended by the company.

Should a Diamancel product proves to be defective, following a prior agreement of the company, it will have to be returned to our office with its original invoice from Diamancel and it will be subject to a complete inspection. After evaluation by our quality department, the product will be replaced if it meets the warranty conditions mentioned above. This warranty does not cover normal wear, stains, discoloration, print wear, misuse or poor maintenance.

In the event that the product is no longer offered, « Diamancel Europe» will make commercially feasible efforts to satisfy its customer.

Use preferably on dry feet.

Use the foot rasp #20 for important callus and the foot buffer # 11 if less.

If you have thin brittle or fragile nails you need to use the file # 1.
If you have good medium nails, use the file # 2.

You can use on average 4 000- 6000 times each file.

Diamancel files are totally washable and sanitizable.

After each use, you must wash the files with a soft soapy brush and rinse, and then to disinfect soak files in a medical grade solution. Be sure to observe the soaking time specified by the manufacturer without exceeding it. Then rinse with water and dry.
You have to be careful not to overlap the files on top of each other so as not to scratch the ink on the back of the files.

Our cut-free foot rasp # 20 which is designed to replace the blade. The coarse diamond grit of this foot file will safely sand off thick dry calluses.
